Use the category tasks along the left side of the Logic Template editor under the CATEGORIES task bar to add category commands to the logic template.

The CATEGORIES task bar allows you to select from a variety of different searches. The searches that are enabled depend on the indexes defined in the related load definition file. If no load definition file is related to the logic template, then none of the searches will be enabled. To use the CATEGORIES task bar, simply place the cursor in the logic template editor where the command is to be inserted and click the task you would like to insert. This will open the arguments dialog box for the particular task selected. |
The tasks available in the CATEGORIES task bar include the following

Returns a subset of the categories containing results matching the search criteria from a keyword index. | |

Returns a subset of the categories containing results matching the search criteria from a range index. | |

Returns a subset of the categories containing results matching the search criteria from a timeline index. |
Note: After a category command has been entered into the logic template editor, you can simply double-click on the command name in the editor to open the argument dialog box for that command. If an incorrect number of arguments or an incorrect argument is specified, the default will be set in the argument dialog box.
