KeywordGroupSearch Task

The KeywordGroupSearch task is used to add and edit arguments for the KeywordGroupSearch command used in a logic template. Performing a KeywordGroupSearch task consists of the following steps:

Step 1

The first step is to initiate the task by either selecting the Keyword Index->Group task in the SEARCHING task bar along the left side of the Logic Template editor or by double-clicking on the KeywordGroupSearch command name in the logic template if a KeywordGroupSearch already exists. If the Keyword Index->Group task is not enabled, be sure there is at least one keyword index defined in the related load definition file for this logic template.

The KeywordGroupSearch dialog box will appear:

Step 2

The second step is to define the Group ID for the command:

Use the Group ID edit box to specify the ID assigned to the keyword index group that will be searched. You can create a keyword index group by using the DefineKeywordGroup task.

Step 3

The third step is to enter the Expression for the command:

Use the Expression edit box to specify name of the HTML variable containing the keyword expression to match.

Step 4

The fourth step is to specify the Default Bool for the command:

Use the Default Bool drop-down list to select the default boolean connector. Selecting OR indicates adjacent keywords within a keyword expression are to be ORed. Selecting AND indicates adjacent keywords within a keyword expression are to be ANDed.

Step 5

The fifth step is to specify the Pass for the command:

Use the Pass edit box to specify the pass during which the search is to be executed.

Step 6

The sixth step is to specify the Weight for the command:

Use the Weight edit box to specify the to specify the weighting value to apply to the search. The weighting value can be expressed as an integer between 0 and 256 or as an HTML variable.

Step 7

The seventh step is to click the OK button to insert the command into the logic template:

The command is inserted into the logic template where the cursor is located. If the task was initiated by double-clicking on the command name, then the arguments that are changed will be overwritten.
