Delete Scanned Document Source

Deleting a scanned document source (machine access definition) from the load definition file in the Load Definition File editor consists of the following steps:

Step 1

The first step is to select the Document Sources task in the DEFINITIONS task bar along the left side of the load definition file editor to activate the SCANNED DOCUMENT SOURCES page if it isn't already activated.

Step 2

The second step is to select the machine access definition that is to be removed from the scanned document source list on the SCANNED DOCUMENT SOURCES page:

Step 3

The third step is to either press the Delete key or select the Delete SDS task from the S D SOURCES task bar to remove the machine access definition.

The machine access definition is removed from the scanned document source list.

If all of the machine access defintions are removed from the load definition file, this would cause all of the document scanning section to be removed as well. If a machine access defintion that is being deleted references a document scanning section, a dialog box will be displayed noting that the document scanning section will be removed as well. This is done to prevent the load defintion from becoming corrupted.
